Ford makes its largest recall in the United States: 4.5 million vehicles



Ford Motor Co. will be recalling 4.5 million more vehicles, stemming from complaints that vehicle fires have been caused by leaky cruise control switches. This action, dated October 9, brings to 16 million the number of vehicles affected by this recall over the past decade, making it by far the largest US recall.Incidentally, the second-largest US recall also came from Ford. 2010 Ford Mustang NASCAR Nationwide Car Unveiled



In July Ford announced that the Mustang would compete in the NASCAR Nationwide Series beginning in July 2010. Today we have our first glimpse of the Mustang that will race in the series, which is a collaboration with Roush Fenway Racing and Con-way Freight. 21 year old Colin Braun will drive the No. 16 Con-way Freight Mustang.
