Several months ago when, Dynacorn International Inc. released it's first reproduction body shell catering to early (1965-66) Mustangs, namely a convertible piece, it seemed logical that perhaps a 2+2 fastback version for early cars would materialize soon after.However, we've yet to see one surface despite persistent hints and rumors. What we have seen emerge over the holiday period however, is this, a 1967 convertible reproduction body. This is perhaps significant, since Dynacorn's first complete reproduction shell in the Mustang world was the '67 Fastback.True to form, the '67 convertible follows standard Dynacorn practice, having been conceived from original Ford Motor Company blueprints, yet uses modern tooling and techniques in its construction, including current OE grade steel stampings (which are thicker than the original 1967 stampings), precision welding and reinforcement in flex prone areas, such as the inner fenders and floorpans.
